The IQAC of the University in its meeting held on 18 June,
2007 took up the review of the plan of action for 2007-08 that was envisaged in
the past meeting of IQAC. In the light of the action plan and the 5-year
perspective plan of the University drafted in the year 2004-2005, outcome of
the execution was periodically monitored and timely follow up actions were
initiated. Key role players at all levels were involved in the process.

EXAMINATION
REFORMS IMPLEMENTED
The University Examination Centre:
1.
Paper setting rooms made sound proof and provided isolated computer and printer.
2.
A system of shredding of rough papers related examination in
the presence of examiners is introduced.
3.
Random numbering system on the set of question paper sets was
introduced.
4.
A modified full-proof system to conduct examination
simultaneously at centers spread at long distance is introduced.
5.
Procedure for submitting application for convocation along
with last examination form was introduced.
6.
Photo identity of the students is obtained in addition to the
colored photograph for verifying the image on degree certificate.
7.
The special provision of issuing degree / diploma
certificates is made for the needy students apart from awarding them at the
time of convocation.
8.
Color-code system in convocation forms is established in
order to identify applications – in person (blue), absentia (yellow).
9.
Rules for submission of examination forms was modified for
the students with genuine reasons.
