Dr. Indu Rani is a faculty in the area of HRM. His primary research area is human recourse management, training and development, Statistical techniques. Working in these areas he had opportunities to present his work in various international and conferences, seminars and intuitions. Experienced in teaching subjects of specialization streams such as Human Resource Management & Finance and taught many more management subjects such as Business Statistics, Business Accounting, Statistical Techniques, and Disaster Management in BBA & MBA. Published more than 12research papers in the peer-reviewed national & international journals. She has more than 10 years of experience in teaching she has presented to such a paper in Oxford, London and she also has publication in a Scopas indexed journal, she also one best research paper award in conference. Experience in teaching a wide range of management subjects, also played various roles in corporate training, strategic management and employee management.
