Bharati Vidyapeeth University has two campuses in Pune, one at Dhankawadi on Pune-Bangalore Highway 5 kms. in the south of Pune and another at Erandwane, in the heart of the city. |
The Institute is located at Bharati Vidyapeeth's Erandwane Campus, which is heart of Pune City . The city is located on Deccan plateau, 560 mtrs. from the sea level. Pune metro area of 700 sq.km. consists of cantonments of Pune, Khadki and Dehu and also the neighbouring Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation, which is industrially well developed where world renowned companies like TATA MOTORS & BAJAJ AUTO exist. The city has pleasant weather and temperature ranges between minimum 10°C to maximum 37°C.

| YCISSR is located in Bharati Vidyapeeth's sprawling campus at Erandwane, Paud road, Pune city. A wide range of amenities such as Hostels, Play fields, Gardens, Canteen, Banking and Postal services, Dispensary, Watch & Ward services, Vehicle Parking etc. have been provided and properly maintained. The infrastructural facilities include well furnished Class Rooms, Seminar Hall, Ladies Room, Toilet blocks, Administrative Units, Faculty Cubicles etc. Latest teaching / learning aids and equipments are used for imparting ideas. These include FAX machine, OHPs, Audio Visual equipments, Slide Projectors, Computer hardware and software etc. |
The Computer Laboratory, equipped with the latest hardware and software, is where students of various programmes are trained, by well qualified faculty, in computing skills. The Lab is quite spacious and houses 26 Pentium IV machines out of which one is an IBM server. These all machines are branded machines namely, 10 are IBM and 15 are HP brand. All machines are interconnected through LAN which helps for file sharing and Internet facility. Four Air Conditioners are maintaining the temperature of Lab. Lab is also accompanied with one HP Deskjet Printer, HP Scanner and LG CD writer. Free Internet access facility is provided to the students for their academic activities. |
