MBBS students are provided admissions every year. For postgraduate courses, the college accepts 78 students annually in 19 different departments.

The dedicated college faculty undertakes quality research projects through the Institutional Ethical Committee and many of them have represented it at national and international levels. In terms of infrastructure, the college is housed in a multi-stored, well-ventilated, spacious building with an area of 2.5 lakh sq. ft. The laboratories are well-equipped and the state-of-the-art museums have become a centre for academic excellence. A comfortable accommodation facility is provided to the students and the teaching staff have access to residential quarters.
