Fellowship in Development and Behavioral Pediatrics

Programme Overview

Fellowship in Development and Behavioural Pediatrics is a one-year post-MD/MS programme that aims to provide comprehensive training in Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics and its associated fields including neurology, psychiatry, metabolism and genetics. The students will be trained to become experts in the diagnosis and treatment of various developmental-behavioural disorders of infants and children.

Programme Outcomes

Knowledge of the Subject - The students will dive deeper into the knowledge of neuroscience and behavioural pediatrics, which will also include aspects of psychopharmacology, behavioural therapies, neurophysiology and more.
Development of Expertise - Through the programme, the students will develop expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of developmental disorders including language disorders, attention problems, autism, learning and intellectual disabilities and more.
Research - The students will participate in various research projects that will help them provide evidence-based care for the patients.
