Unnat Bharat Abhiyan is inspired by the vision of transformational change in rural development process by leveraging knowledge institutions to help build the architecture of an inclusive India. The mission of Unnat Bharat Abhiyan is also to enable higher educational institutions to work with the people of rural India in identifying development challenges evolving appropriate solutions for accelerating sustainable growth. Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be) University Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Pune, in line with the vision of our founder Chancellor Dr Patangrao ji Kadam- “Social Transformation through Dynamic Education” is participating in Unnat Bharat Abhiyan to work at the grass root level of society by adopting villages for their developmental needs in collaboration with the District Administration.
