Programme Overview

Ph.D. (Medical Physiology) is a full-time doctorate programme that explores the principles of organ systems and cellular physiology. Through the programme, the students will know more about the functions of different biological systems and learn about the interrelationships of tissues, cells and sub-cellular compounds. The students can also choose their specialization in the field and work on their research thesis.

Programme Outcomes

Proficiency in the Subject – The students will become proficient in the subject and have knowledge of medical physiology ranging from normal to pathophysiology with a range of disciplines.
Acquiring of Skills – During the programme, the students will acquire the skills to perform comprehensive evaluations and laboratory experiments.
Dissertation – The students will learn how to implement research methodologies in the selected field so that they can work on their research questions and projects.
