The basic aim of the cell is to create legal awareness in the field of Intellectual Property Rights and in the field of Cyber Laws. The stake holders are encouraged to contribute to the knowledge base of the society. Their Intellectual Property will add to bring not only the university but also the country on the global map. The cell encourages the students to think out of the box with new and new innovations, ideas and promotes research in inter-disciplinary and diverse subjects. Our students will be groomed with technical expertise to take up legal challenges.

There is a need to understand the legal framework governing internet and social networking sites. This cell endeavors to cater to different people from different aspects of business by providing legal compliance, know-how and managing their information on the virtual world.
