Dilip brings a rich experience of over 20 years in professional studio management including more than 5 years of assisting ace photographer Atul Kasbekar.
Dilip is the Studio In-Charge and also teaches the handling and gripping of equipment at BVSP.
Suresh Gorad
Suresh is in-charge of the library and student computer labs for both Photography & Cinematography. He oversees the inventory of books, magazines, periodicals etc. and the maintenance of 90 plus iMac workstations.
Shirish Zingade
Shirish brings a saturated work experience of 13 years in the field of photography; his area of expertise is in the Post-Processing department. He has command on software like Adobe Photoshop. He has worked on high-end state-of-the-art Printers like Nortius (Optical Printer), Fuji Frontier 350, Epson Archival Inkjet Printer 9900 (Digital Printer). Epson Papers- like Enhanced Matte Paper, Archival Matte Paper & Ultrasmooth Fine art paper. Ilford Papers Fine Art textures silk. Tesuki- Washi EchiZen, Smooth Cotton Rag & Washi Torinoko. Hahnemuhle- Albrecht Durer, Torkcho & German Itching. Shirish is In-Charge of the Printing Division at BVSP.
Javed Banedar
Javed brings 25 plus years of experience in working as lighting technician (Gaffer) in the film & television industry. He was associated on feature films like Ghara Baher, Saatchya Aat Gharat, Shwaas, Badlapur etc. He has worked closely with cinematographers like K.K. Mahajan, Ashok Mehta, Anil Mehta, Rajan Kothari, Rajiv Ravi, A.K. Beer, to name a few

Rahul has 15 plus years of experience in working as lighting technician in the film & television industry. He was professionally associated with various cine lighting gear suppliers through this association he has worked on various television series and feature films.
