It is a scion of the renowned Bharati Vidyapeeth Group. The College is the latest of the colleges in Navi Mumbai and was started in 2005. It is affiliated to the Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University), Pune, which is one of the renowned and oldest Private Universities in the state. We run a graduate program (BDS) for 100 students. We also have a post-graduate programme in 5 specialties and a PhD programme in Dentistry too.
This is the time in dental education where only the best institutes will thrive. With the advent of NEET based admissions, meritorious students insist on quality and contemporary dental education. Our focus is to make our students be on par with the best in the world. We are blessed with a faculty team that is constantly innovating and evolving our teaching programme to maximize the learning experience for our students. Being a private university allows a certain flexibility in making the learning more contemporary and relevant. For instance, we believe that even graduate students (BDS) must have a hands-on learning of dental implants. Likewise soft skills are said to be the most important determinant of success. We nurture and hone the soft skills of our students through a vibrant co-curricular facet of our teaching programme. It is precisely this that has constantly secured us an A or A+ rating by NAAC since 2009.
