Dr. Adveta Gharat is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies at Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University), Navi Mumbai, with over 13 years of academic and 2 years of industry experience in Human Resource Management and General Management. She holds a Ph.D. in Management and has extensive expertise in teaching, research, curriculum development, accreditation, and institutional quality initiatives. Her research interests include Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, and the application of emerging technologies in management. Dr. Gharat has authored books, published numerous research papers in reputed national and international journals, and holds Indian and UK patents. She regularly serves as a resource person for Faculty Development Programmes, Management Development Programmes, and workshops on leadership, stress management, and career development. She is also the Founder of Sankalp Samajik Sanstha, actively contributing to women’s empowerment, education, and community development through impactful social initiatives.
