Dr. Madhuri Kadam is an Assistant Professor at Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed to be University, Department of Management Studies, Kharghar Navi Mumbai. She has completed PhD in Management from D Y Patil Deemed to be University, School of Management (DYPUSM), Navi Mumbai. She has completed masters in M. Com (University of Pune) and M.B.A(DYPUSM) in Finance and Banking area. Graduation in BCom in Management from SNDT University, Pune. Her teaching interest includes Financial Management, Financial Modelling, Cost and Management Accounting, Financial Accounting, Managerial Economics and Taxation. In addition to teaching, Dr. Madhuri is an active researcher in the area Sustainability into manufacturing and production means translating environmental and social efforts into concrete financial metrics. It focuses on reducing operational costs, minimizing risk, and boosting capital access by linking eco-friendly practices to a company's bottom line. She has published a number of research papers in refereed journals of high reputed journals. Author of Fintech-Financial Services, Behavioral Economics, Financial Revolution-Financial Technology and Research Methodology. Dr. Madhuri has overall fifteen years of teaching experience with seven years of visiting corporate experience working at Sr. Associate in D Y Patil Group and two years in Gail (India) Limited, Undertaking by Government of India, (DUPL and DPPL Project) CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai.
