Dr. Neha Sharma is Assistant Professor & Chairperson – MDP & Consultancy at the Department of Management Studies,
Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University), Navi Mumbai Campus. She has over 15 years of teaching and research
experience at HNB Garhwal University (A Central University) and the University of Mumbai.
An alumna of HNB Garhwal University, she holds a Ph.D. in Intellectual Property Rights, an M.Phil. in Organizational
Change & Development, an MBA in International Business and Human Resource Management, and an M.A. in English
Literature. She is also Harvard Business Impact and SAP certified.
Her academic interests include International Business, Geopolitics, Intellectual Property Rights, Human Resource
Management, Organizational Behaviour, Organizational Development and Training & Development.
Dr. Neha has established and led MDPs and FDPs, besides serving as a resource person. Her research contributions
include publications in Scopus-indexed journals, conference presentations, and authorship and editorial work. She
has also served as a guest expert on career guidance television programmes. Dr. Neha is a Member of the Faculty of
Management Studies, Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University).
