Dr. Snehal Mhatre holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior & Human Resource Management from Indian Institute of Management Mumbai. Her doctoral research focused on workplace spirituality among engineers, examining meaning, purpose in organizational contexts. She brings over seven years of teaching experience in Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, along with around two years of industry experience that enriches her applied perspective in management education. Her research interests include workplace spirituality, Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA), qualitative research methods, and employee wellbeing. She has published two international papers in ABDC-indexed journals, one Scopus-indexed book chapter, and three conference proceedings at national forums.
