Ms. Archana B. Sakure-Ubhe is an Assistant Professor at the Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University), Department of Management Studies, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. Her areas of expertise include Community Development, Social Work, Business Ethics, Human Resource Management, and Student Development. As the NSS Programme Officer, she has successfully led several innovative extension and outreach initiatives promoting rural development, environmental sustainability, health awareness, road safety, blood donation, women empowerment, and community welfare. She introduced value-based programmes such as the Vivekvahini Shastrartha Group Discussion Forum to strengthen students' critical thinking, leadership, teamwork, communication skills, and ethical values. She strongly believes in experiential learning and mentoring students to become socially responsible and value-driven leaders. She represented Maharashtra at the National NSS Convention and received the Best NSS Officer Award (2024) for her outstanding contribution to youth and community development. She actively contributes to curriculum development, institutional initiatives, and research, with a focus on sustainable governance and management of religious institutions.
