Surabhee Satheesh is an Assistant Professor of Environmental Management specialising in solid waste management, sustainability assessment, and quality of life (QoL) research. She is pursuing her PhD in Environmental Management at Symbiosis International (Deemed University) and is a double postgraduate. She has teaching experience at Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (Deemed to be University), Symbiosis Skills and Professional University, the University of Mumbai, and Savitribai Phule Pune University. Before academia, she gained industry experience in the supply chain and logistics sector, enriching her academic perspective with practical insights. Her interdisciplinary research integrates environmental management, sustainability, and behavioural sciences to advance environmental engineering through sustainable solid waste management, sustainability assessment, and quality-of-life evaluation. Her work bridges environmental policy, engineering practice, and community well-being to support evidence-based waste management solutions.
