Placement Cell
The Placement Cell at BVIEER serves as a key bridge between students and potential employers, with the aim of facilitating career opportunities. BVIEER has a SOP for placements. There is a compulsory component of internship in the curriculum. The Placement Cell facilitates the process of placement by sharing students’ e-portfolios with employers, coordinating interviews, and providing opportunities for networking. The Placement Cell maintains a point system matrix for all students applying for internships and placements, evaluating them based on academic performance, skill set and certifications, practical experience, participation in national and international competitions, the quality of their e-portfolios, communication and soft skills, as well as performance in company-specific tests or technical rounds.
