Department of Respiratory Medicine
It encompasses interventional pulmonology, sleep medicine, advanced PFT, respiratory critical care and pulmonary rehabilitation along with national programs on communicable/infectious and non-communicable diseases. We teach our students to follow patient centric approach while using the new technology.
They learn the significance of evidence based medicine but are not handicapped if evidence is not available even after appropriate investigations. They develop their clinical judgment under faculty’s supervision so that they can achieve balance between evidence based medicine and experience based medicine in practice.
We prepare our student to be:
