Faculty members and students of Chemical Engineering department had conducted “Mock Placement” event on 11th August 2018 as an IIChE student chapter activity. The aim of the event is to boost the confidence of students for appearing in the interview. Total 40 students participated in the event, for the first round MCQ based aptitude and technical written test was of 45 minutes. The second round, Group Discussion began with splitting of the selected students into group of 4-5 who were assessed by two faculty teachers for each group. The assessment was done on the basis of communication skills, concepts, intelligence, personality and delicacy. Saumya. The final round, Personal Interview was taken by Ms. Divya Saini, alumni of BV(DU)COE, Pune (Chemical Department-2012 batch). Rupashree Patil of BTech Semester-VII was declared as the recruited candidate for mock Placement.
