Dilip Ghag has professionally gained extensive practical knowledge and industry experience
by working on the studio floor for more than 20 years. During these two decades, he has
honed his craC by working with one of India's ace photographers, Atul Kasbekar (four plus
years). He was an integral part of the team, and during this time he has worked on some of
the most iconic campaigns of the Indian advertising industry and film publicity - Kingfisher
calendar, Omega watches, celebrity shoots of Shah Rukh Khan for Mayur Suitings, Aviance at
Mauritius, Park Avenue at South Africa, to name a few.
In his 20-plus years as a photographer, Dilip has seen the transition from Analogue to Digital
photography, to which he adapted quickly. This is the same approach that he tries to inculcate
amongst his students so they are ready for the current industry practices, and are confident
to excel in this fast-pace changing landscape of the photography industry.
Dilip Ghag is currently serving as a Faculty member. He teaches core fundamental subjects
which are imperative in building a strong technical base, such as Equipment & Processes,
ensuring that students develop strong technical foundations and disciplined work ethics
essential for a successful professional career in lens-based mediums such as photography.
