•  Comprehensive Patient Care: Periodontology departments provide comprehensive care for a wide range of gingival and periodontal conditions, including dental implants, lasers, crown lengthening procedures, alveolar bone reconstruction, and more. They often serve as referral centres for complex cases.
• Highly Skilled Surgeons: We are staffed by highly trained and skilled periodontist and implantologist who have completed extensive education and residency training in the field. They bring expertise in surgical treatments.
• Teaching and Education: we are actively involved in teaching and training future periodontal surgeons. They offer residency programs, continuing education, and research opportunities.
• Research and Innovation: we engage in various research activities aimed at advancing the field. This can lead to the development of new surgical techniques, devices, and treatment modalities.
•  Patient-Cantered Approach: A patient-centred approach is a hallmark of us, with a focus on ensuring patient comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout the treatment process.
•  Emergency Care: we provide emergency care for dental emergencies, ensuring patients receive timely treatment during emergency.
•  Aesthetic and Functional Improvements: we enhance both the aesthetic appearance and functional aspects of the gingival and periodontal conditions, improving patients' overall quality of life.
• 34 electronic Chairs for UG.
• For PG students there are separate clinical compartments.
• Well-organized, well equipped sterilization rooms.

• The department encourages research projects undertaken by UG, PG students and faculty members.
