The week-long induction program for all the MSc. Programs of 2025–27 at BVIEER marked a meaningful start to their academic journey through a blend of reflective, academic, and experiential sessions. Highlights included a session with Prof. Dr. Christina Bogner from University of Cologne, Germany, our international partner in the Joint Master in Environmental Sustainability , and a guest lecture by ESRI India on GIS applications. Alumni interactions gave students authentic insights into career pathways, while sessions by experts such as Mr. Vivek Menon (Wildlife Trust of India ) broadened perspectives. Mr.Bhushan Hirlekar’s soft skills training on time management and focusing on outputs provided practical tools for academic success. A visit to the museum of Bharati Vidyapeeth’s Founder, Dr. Patangrao Kadam, connected students with the institute’s legacy and values. The program concluded with a symbolic tree-planting activity, sowing the seeds of responsibility and growth for the journey ahead.
