Profile

Ms. Swati Luthra is UGC-NET (Management) qualified and has an MBA degree to her credit. She is presently pursuing her PhD in marketing. She has worked with RBS Services India Pvt Ltd. For more than 4 years and gained extensive knowledge in the field of lending and customer experience. She has extensively worked with various colleges on University of Delhi including Swami Shradhanand College, Miranda House, Daulatram College and Motilal Nehru College in the commerce department. She has a total experience of over 10 years in corporate and teaching combined. Presently working with Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute of Management and Research, Delhi (constituent unit of Bharati Vidyapeeth (deemed to be University) Pune, University ranked in top 70 + band by NIRF, as an Assistant Professor. She has two research papers published in her credit in UGC Care listed journal and Web of Science Journal. She has published three chapters. Experience in teaching a wide range of management subjects, also played various roles in corporate training, strategic management and employee management.

She is a faculty teaching in the area of Marketing, HRM and General management. Her primary research area is Luxury Brand Marketing and Management and Consumer Behaviour & Psychology. Working in these areas she had opportunities to present her work in various conferences and seminars.
