Oral Pathology & DADH have been one of my favourite subjects throughout my BDS Journey. I was always utterly fascinated by the diverse learning activities that I experienced here, starting from the precision carvings in 1st year, the ultra fine H&E diagrams, the closer look of the dental anomalies via the excellent collection of colorful models & specimens, to visualising the intricate details of the slides in microscopes all of which was possible through our exquisite OP Lab and lavish OP Museum. All of this made learning a fun activity & strengthened my understanding of the subject. Above all, I am deeply grateful to our dedicated & knowledgeable faculty for their invaluable guidance consistently which made my journey more inspiring & unforgettable. Thankyou.

The Oral Pathology and DADH departmental posting was a highly informative and enriching experience that enhanced both my theoretical knowledge and practical skills. While learning, I practiced tooth carving on wax blocks to improve my understanding of dental anatomy and morphology. I observed histopathological slides and museum specimens, which helped me correlate the clinical and microscopic features of various oral diseases. I also gained knowledge about biopsy procedures, specimen handling, oral cancer screening, and the importance of early diagnosis.This all helped me to strengthened my diagnostic approach and clinical observation skills. I am sincerely thankful to the HOD, faculty members, for their constant guidance, encouragement,and support.
