CMTRC’s Career Management Workshop
Institute’s Management Studies students successfully completed the first phase of the Career Management Programme (CMP), organized by the Career Management Training and Research Centre (CMTRC). The two-day offline workshop, held on Wednesday, September 24 and Thursday, 25, 2025, marked the beginning of the students’ journey to “Live with Purpose” and create their own structured Career Development Plans.
The programme was conducted by CMTRC Founder, Mr. Prashant M. Puppal, who emphasized that “right character and right decisions at the right time build a great career.”
The training was designed around CMTRC’s innovative “3H Model” — Head, Heart, and Hand — inspired by India’s man-making education philosophy. Students were introduced to key concepts through Lectures and Psychometric Test: The initiative marks a significant step in nurturing the MBA students of Bharati Vidyapeeth Sangli towards purposeful and well-planned careers.
On this occasion, Director Dr. Pallavi Jamsandekar felicitated Mr. Prashant M. Puppal for his contribution and guidance. The event was coordinated by Dr. Pratap Desai, ensuring the smooth execution of the programme.
