Overview

The students and faculty of the Institute of Management and Rural Development Administration, Sangli are offered strong support for their research projects and papers.

The faculty and students are encouraged to work on research projects to make a contribution to their field of study. The goal of a research centre is to enable interaction between research scholars, Guide, and the university to enhance research work, academic excellence, real-world problem solving, and knowledge creation and dissemination. This interaction is facilitated by the Research committee. This creates an atmosphere replete with the healthy exchange of ideas which results in a fertile research environment. Research centres is constantly look after the progress of each Research Scholars through the Guide assigned to them. Through research centre the emphasis is given on new areas to shed light on and bring to the attention of the academic community, with a focus on rigor, relevance, and actionable implications.

Research Infrastructure

The institute offers robust research infrastructure to support students and faculty in advancing their projects and scholarly work. The research facilities include state-of-the-art equipment, specialized laboratories, and other essential resources tailored to meet the diverse needs of academic inquiry.

The library has subscribed to J-Gate, an extensive journal discovery platform. Access to this resource has been extended to all faculty members and research scholars, enabling them to stay abreast of the latest developments in their respective fields.

In addition, students are actively encouraged to access the National Digital Library of India (NDLI) and the Information and Library Network (INFLIBNET) Centre, both of which provide a wealth of scholarly content, including e-books, journals, theses, and other academic materials.

To further facilitate research, a dedicated set of computers from the Computer Laboratory has been allocated exclusively for research purposes. Moreover, Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University), Pune, has provided access toTurnitIn a powerful plagiarism detection software. This tool enables research scholars to check the originality of their work and maintain high standards of academic integrity
