Institute’s Innovation and Incubation Cell (IIC) organised a guest lecture on “Start Up- USA Perspective and Experience” on Monday, 24th February 2025. Mrs. Vinaya Gore, Owner, Gore Consulting, Eden Prairie, Minnesota, USA was the speaker for the session. Mrs. Gore is a senior management consultant for multinationals on Fortune 100 list as well as state, regional and national start ups. She was also a Director at Daugherty Business Solutions and leads Government Programs in the USA. She has more than 50 years of experience across 15 countries. Vice Principal Dr. Pratap Desai welcomed and felicitated the speaker. In her speech Mrs. Gore shared American perspective of start up and what is needed to succeed in the field. She gave many examples from global corporate world and explained why some companies succeed and some do not . In an interactive session later on she answered many questions of students. Institute’s IIC head and Vice Principal Dr. Pratap Desai who worked as program coordinator gave vote of thanks. Students of BBA, MBA and BCA attended the session.
