The Institute organized a guest lecture by Mr. Abhijeet Patil, Marketing In-charge at Maharashtra Knowledge Corporation Limited (MKCL), on Tuesday, 26th August 2025. The session introduced BBA and BCA students to MKCL’s “iLike” initiative, designed to meet the requirements of academic-mandated MOOC courses while building essential 21st-century skills.
Director Dr. Pallavi Jamsandekar extended a warm welcome to the guest, appreciating MKCL’s efforts in creating impactful digital learning programs. Mr. Patil explained how the iLike program goes beyond conventional e-learning by incorporating interactive, activity-based modules that enhance digital literacy, creativity, and problem-solving abilities. He emphasized how the initiative prepares management and computer application students for real-world challenges and improves their employability.
The session helped students understand how mandated online courses can be meaningfully integrated into their academic and career growth, rather than treated as mere formalities. IIC Head Dr. Pratap Desai expressed gratitude and gave the vote of thanks, acknowledging Mr. Patil’s valuable insights and MKCL’s contribution to student development.
