To coordinate and streamline all aspects related to welcoming and supporting foreign students at Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) BV(DU).

Information Dissemination

To disseminate comprehensive information regarding the admission process among prospective foreign students, ensuring transparency and accessibility.

Promotional Activities

To actively engage in promotional activities and brand-building campaigns abroad, showcasing the diverse academic offerings and cultural richness of BV(DU).

Collaborative Activities

To serve as a single point of contact for initiating and overseeing all collaborative activities with foreign institutions, fostering global partnerships and academic exchanges.

Liaison with Sponsoring Agencies

Act as a liaison body between foreign students and sponsoring agencies, facilitating clear communication and cooperation for the benefit of the students.

Grievance Addressal

To address and resolve grievances of foreign students in all matters, providing a supportive and responsive environment for conflict resolution.

FRRO/e-FRRO Registration

Serve as the single point of contact for foreign students' registration with the Foreigners Regional Registration Office (FRRO) or e-FRRO, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Networking Facilitation

To facilitate networking opportunities for foreign students, encouraging interaction and collaboration among peers and fostering a sense of community.

Cultural Adaptation and Support

To extend all possible assistance to foreign students in adapting to the new cultural environment, offering support mechanisms to make their stay in India comfortable, enriching, and academically fulfilling.
