An eye screening camp was organized by Dakshana Foundation at Sayagaon, Maharashtra. It was conducted in association with Dr. Gogate’s Eye Clinic & BV (DU), School of Optometry, Pune, today on 13th July, 2023.
Four students, two B. Optom. Interns and two M. Optom first year students of BV(DU) School of Optometry, Pune participated in the camp along with Optometrists of Dr. Gogate’s Eye Clinic, screening a total of 287 patients (NEET and JEE aspirants). 25 out of them were referred for further cycloplegic refraction, and seven patients were referred for evaluation of other ocular disorders. Glasses were prescribed to 49 patients.
