Industrial Interactive session By Mr. Tarik Mallick, Regional Product specialist for Carl Zeiss, on 28th February 2023
An Industrial interactive session for II and III Year B. Optom and I and II Year M. Optom students of BV(DU)MC School of Optometry, Pune, in association with Carl Zeiss was conducted on 28th of February, 2023. Mr. Tarik Mallick, who is currently working as the Regional product specialist for Carl Zeiss, for divisions of Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh was the guest speaker.
The discourse included about the remarkable history and newly developed technologies by Zeiss, such as for FSV lenses using freeform technology for clearer vision, Anti-Virus coatings, and Devices, software for accurate Dispensing on the go. Also, the versatile nature of products that Zeiss offers were reviewed.
The overviews about Zeiss Vision Excellence program, Zeiss Vision Internship Program - under Aloka and Zeiss Paathshaala Program were also given.
