of Management & Research (BVIMR), New Delhi, representing the IEEE Student Branch, attended CAFE ?????: An
Exclusive Dialogue on Career & Personal Growth. The prestigious event was organized by the IEEE Delhi Section
Young Professionals Affinity Group (YP AG) and the Membership Development Committee. It took place on 3rd May 2026
at the Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Delhi. The high-impact session, led by Dr. S. S.
Jamuar, offered participants valuable insights into career planning, leadership, mentorship, industry
expectations, networking, and the importance of lifelong learning. Through engaging discussions and practical
real-world examples, the students gained a deeper understanding of professional growth, effective decision-making,
and the essential skills required to succeed in today's competitive environment. The highly interactive nature of
