Profile

Mr. Vivek Goyal is a faculty in the Department of Law. His primary research area is Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Sports Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution. He has researched in the area of Sports Law as well covering topics such as need for legal regulations of sports in India, Dispute Resolution of Sports in India, etc. He has a distinction of being a UGC NET Junior Research Fellowship Awardee. He holds command over a wide array of subjects such as Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Law of Evidence, Civil Procedure Code and Criminal Procedure Code.

He is the Faculty Convenor of Moot Court Society, looking after the moot court exercises at the Institute. He is regularly invited to judge National Moot Court Competitions organized by various colleges and universities across the nation. He has been regularly training students for various competitive examinations such as Judicial Services and other law entrance examinations.

He was Probationary Manager- Law at PEC LTD., (A Ministry of Commerce & Industry undertaking) before embarking on an academic career and prior to joining BVIMR, he had worked as Visiting Faculty of Law at Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi.
