Dr. Ashima Bhatnagar is an Assistant Professor with Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed To Be University) Institute of Management and Research, New Delhi for last 11 years. She has got 3 years of corporate experience in Talent Acquisition. Her credentials include Ph d from Global business School and Research Centre , Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Pune. ,MBA(HRM)from Guru Jambheshwar University, Hisar and B.Com(P) from Delhi University. She has published more than 15 research papers in National/International journals and case studies on women entrepreneurs and HRM. She has also been an editor of three books women empowerment and women entrepreneurship. She has organized national conference, faculty development programme, seminars. She is a recipient of Best Mentor Award and Excellence award in mentoring by NCCN. She is a voracious reader. She is also associated with corporate by taking sessions on organizational behavior topics like stress management, change management. She has been the off campus in-charge for inter-collegiate activities.
