Dr. Nishtha Chugh is an accomplished legal academic and researcher specializing in Comparative Constitutional Law, with a strong interdisciplinary focus on citizenship, sovereignty, identity, globalization, cyber security, and transnational governance. She holds a Ph.D. in Law from Amity University, Gurugram, where her doctoral research examined the emergence and relevance of dual citizenship in the era of globalization, with a comparative emphasis on the European Union and the Indian diaspora.
