Dr. Sanjoy Roy is an Assistant Professor in Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) Institute of Management and Research, New Delhi, have 14 years of teaching and 4 years of industry experience. He is commerce graduate and post graduated in Marketing and HR management and Ph.D. in Management. His key area of interests are HRM, International Business and Culture, Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Change. He has published more than 14 research paper in prestigious journals like Human Value (IIM-K) and Presented paper in many national and international forum. He is a member of editorial board of Modern Management Science & Engineering (International Online Journal). He also trains bank managers at NIBSCOM, Noida. Heading the examination department and conducting examination for the students.
