Programme Overview

Diploma in Corporate Law is a one-year open and distance-learning course that deals with the cooperative legal framework that the institutions have to function with and more. The students will be able to complete the course within a year, however, they will be allowed to complete the programme within a maximum period of three years.

Programme Outcomes

Understanding of Subject - Students will be able to understand the basic knowledge regarding the cooperative legal framework within which the institutions will have to function and more.
Practical Training - During the course, the students will also undergo practical training to enhance their skills and become experts in the field.
Self-Learning - Students will learn how to learn through self-learning materials and become independent and responsible for their studies.
