Programme Overview
Diploma in Intellectual Property Law is a 1- years diploma programme with the motive to impart understating of various copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, etc. The course discusses issues like the ownership and licensing of new media content, internet streaming, technology and software, and pharmaceutical patenting and commercialisation. Diploma in Intellectual Property Law focuses on providing the students with academic knowledge regarding the relevance and impact of intellectual property laws. During this open and distance learning course, the students will be able to learn more about the various aspects of the laws related to protecting intellectual property such as patents and trademarks. The course is one year long in duration; however, the students can complete it within a maximum of three years.
