Programme Overview

The M.Com is of two years of duration. Students will get to know all about the concepts of business finance, strategic financial planning, marketing securities as well as sources of business finance. Post the completion of the course, students will be able to get job in banking and finance, stock broking, fund management etc.

Programme Outcomes

Develop understanding of business finance - On completion of the course, candidates will develop a sound understanding about the different concepts pertaining to f business finance and the organization of finance department.
Understanding of management concepts and organizational behaviour - While pursuing the course, candidates will get to know all about the compatibility between the management and organizational behaviour as well as various motivational theories.
Know all about advanced accounting - Students get to learn about advanced accounting, analysis and comparison of inflation cost accounting and also develop analytical skills related to cash flow accounting method

Eligibility

Candidates should have completed Bachelor in Optometry or equivalent course from any Indian University, which is member of Indian Association of Schools and Colleges of Optometry (IASCO) and is recognized by Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) & Indian Optometric Association or any competent educational body like a national council.
Candidates belonging to Foreign students category should have completed Bachelor in Optometry B.Optom. or equivalent course from any University, which is affiliate member of World Council of Optometry (WCO) and / or is recognized by a competent educational body like a national council / association of the country of origin of the candidate.
Candidates should have completed 21 years of age as on 31 December of the year of admission.
