Programme Overview

<p> Fellowship in Gynaec Oncology is a one-year post-MD/MS programme offered to create experts in the screening, diagnosis and management of cancers related to the female reproductive systems. During the programme, the students will learn about all aspects related to gynecological cancer and acquire surgical skills so that they can manage pre-, intra- and postoperative complications.</p>

Programme Outcomes

Concepts of Gynaec Oncology - Students will acquire knowledge about various areas of Gynaec Oncology, including but not limited to surgical anatomy of pelvis and abdomen, Oncogenesis, molecular biology and more.
Building of Skills - Through the programme, the students will train to improve their surgical skills along with their expertise in the diagnosis and management of gynecologic cancers.
Communication Skills - The students will also learn to communicate effectively to the patients regarding the diagnosis and treatment methods.
