Dr.Pravin Mane is a faculty in the area of Organizational behavior& HRM. His primary research area is human recourse management, innovation management, organizational behavior, leadership and HR Analytics. Working in these areas he had opportunities to present his work in various international and conferences, seminars and intuitions .
Published more than 15 research papers in the peer-reviewed national & international journals. Experience in teaching a wide range of management subjects, also played various roles in corporate training, strategic management and employee management.
