Programme Overview

M.D. (General Medicine) is a three-year postgraduate programme that deals with the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of adult diseases. The main objective of the programme is to familiarize the students with the diseases related to General Medicine and the skills to make a diagnostic investigation and decisions. Through the programme, the students will also learn about Biostatistics and clinical epidemiology.

Programme Outcomes

In-Depth Knowledge - Students will be able to acquire in-depth knowledge about the field of medical science.
Building of Skills - During the three years, the students will be able to build their skills to counsel and make diagnostic investigations through practical work.
