Programme Overview

M.D. (Paediatrics) is a three-year postgraduate programme that focuses on the medical conditions affecting babies, children and young adults. During the programme, the students will learn more about medical care for infants and adolescents and be able to gain knowledge of various subjects such as child health, anatomy, childcare, nutrition, child psychology, community health and more.

Programme Outcomes

Building of Skills - Students will be able to acquire skills that will help them to become competent pediatricians.
Application of Knowledge - Through the programme, the students will be able to recognize the health needs of infants, children and adolescents and carry out the required diagnosis or treatment.
