Vision :

To build a vibrant and sustainable innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem that empowers stakeholders to transform ideas into innovative solutions, entrepreneurial ventures and socially impactful outcomes.

Mission :

To create and strengthen an enabling ecosystem for innovation and entrepreneurship by providing stakeholders with opportunities for ideation, experiential learning, design thinking, mentoring, collaboration, intellectual property development, incubation and commercialization, thereby facilitating the transformation of ideas into innovative solutions, entrepreneurial ventures and sustainable social impact.

Objectives :

The institution fosters a dynamic innovation culture by providing the structured mentorship, industry collaboration, and incubation resources needed to transform creative ideas into scalable, protected ventures. This framework serves as a practical roadmap to drive sustainable economic growth while delivering meaningful, inclusive solutions to modern societal challenges.

1. Ecosystem: To create, strengthen and sustain a conducive institutional ecosystem for innovation and entrepreneurship by engaging relevant stakeholders.
2. Ideation: To foster a culture of ideation, creativity and problem-solving by encouraging stakeholders to identify opportunities and generate innovative ideas.
3. Innovation: To facilitate the development, validation and implementation of innovative solutions through design thinking, experiential learning, mentoring and innovation challenges.
4. Entrepreneurship: To promote entrepreneurial thinking and support the development of viable business ideas and entrepreneurial ventures.
5. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR): To create awareness and facilitate the identification, protection, development and potential commercialization of intellectual property arising from innovative ideas.
6. Collaboration: To strengthen collaboration with industry, academia, entrepreneurs, alumni, incubators and other ecosystem partners for knowledge exchange and joint innovation initiatives.
7. Incubation:To facilitate access to pre-incubation, incubation, mentoring and other support mechanisms for promising innovations and entrepreneurial ventures.
8. Social Impact: To promote socially responsible, sustainable and inclusive innovations that address contemporary business, community and societal challenges.
9. Recognition: To provide platforms for showcasing, recognizing and disseminating outstanding innovations and entrepreneurial initiatives through competitions, exhibitions, seminars and other IIC activities.
