Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) College of Engineering, Pune [BV(DU)COE, Pune) established in 1983, is a constituent unit of Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University), Pune which is accredited to Grade A++ by NAAC in 2024 in its fourth cycle of accreditation. It has also been granted ‘A’ Grade University Status by MHRD, GOI, New Delhi and Ranked Among Top 100 Universities of India successively for 8 Years by NIRF, GOI (Ranked between band 151-200 in NIRF 24).
BV(DU) COE, Pune offers 12 Graduates, 10 Postgraduates Programmes and Doctoral Programmes in 08 disciplines. B.Tech. Programmes are accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) in four cycles. Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) of BV(DU) COE has secured 3.5 out of 5 stars and attained position in Top 150 IIC councils.
The institute has received several national recognitions for its academic excellence and institutional performance. BV(DU) College of Engineering, Pune is placed in the NIRF 151–200 band and its programs are accredited by NBA, New Delhi. The institute ranked 15th among private engineering institutes in India Today 2025, 30th overall and 7th in the West Zone in Times of India 2025–26, and 18th in DATAQUEST T-School Survey 2024. It also secured the 17th rank in Outlook 2025–26 and Outlook-ICARE Rankings 2025 among top engineering institutes in India.
