The Institute of Management and Rural Development Administration, Sangli successfully conducted a Guest Lecture on “Industry Expectations from the Future Managers” for the students of Management Studies.
The session was delivered by Mr. Girish Tokshiya, Manager, Business Standard, who provided valuable insights into industry expectations, employability skills, professional competencies and the qualities required to become successful future managers. The lecture helped students understand the gap between academic learning and industry requirements and encouraged them to develop the skills expected by employers.
The welcome and felicitation of the guest speaker was conducted by Director, Dr. Pallavi Jamasandekar. Faculty members and students of the Management Studies Department attended the lecture and actively participated in the session.
The programme provided students with meaningful industry exposure and an opportunity to gain practical perspectives from an industry professional.
