NSS Trekking Activity at Kundal, Palus
As part of BVIMRDA NSS activities, a trekking programme was organised at Kundal, Taluka Palus, on Tuesday, 8th September 2026, with the objective of promoting physical fitness, environmental awareness, tree plantation and a sense of social responsibility among students.
The activity provided students with an opportunity to connect with nature while developing physical endurance, discipline and teamwork. The trekking programme encouraged students to appreciate the importance of a healthy lifestyle and environmental conservation.
As part of the initiative, students actively participated in activities related to tree plantation and environmental awareness. The programme also highlighted the importance of protecting nature and contributing towards a greener and healthier environment.
The trekking activity successfully combined fitness, environmental consciousness, teamwork and social responsibility, making it a meaningful and enriching NSS experience for the participating students. Institute’s NSS head Mr. Yogesh Patil worked as event coordinator.
