"PURNBRAHMHA", a Maharashtrian theme lunch was organized by our Third Year B.Sc(H&HA) students on 6th September 2022.
Dr L.S. Chirmulay, Principal, Bharati Vidyapeeth (DU) Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology, graced the occasion. She appreciated the students for their creativity and culinary skills, which the students exhibited through an authentic and traditional Maharashtrian menu, served by students in a typical Maharashtrian attire and ambience.
