Library Rules

1. Working Hours

Reading Hall 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Circulation of Books 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Closures Sundays & University Holidays

2. Eligibility

Bonafide students of the college.
Faculty and staff members.

3. Identity & Borrower Cards

Cards issued only on production of original fee receipt.
Mandatory renewal of ID cards before 31st August annually.
Scanning of Card is required at the login–logout system.
Lost cards must be reported immediately. Duplicate issued at Rs.100/-.

4. Code of Conduct

Smoking, gutka consumption, and spitting are strictly prohibited.
Do not write in, mark, or damage library property.
Lost books must be replaced or paid for at 1.5 times the cost.

5. Borrowing Rules

Students may borrow two books for one week.
Books may be renewed up to three times.
Overdue books will be fined at Rs.1/- per day.
Reserved books via OPAC Reservation Facility.
All books must be returned by the end of each semester.

6. General & Special Provisions

Researchers: Must deposit a refundable amount for home lending.
Carry Identity Card at all times and produce when demanded.
Full cooperation requested for library staff.
