To improve the employability of ECE students in the IT sectors,the curriculum includes courses related to software like DBMS,Linux,Cloud computing,Android development,web development,IOT,Machine learning,the knowledge of these being mandate in current scenario.

Research is one of the important components in of Engineering and Technology. To give impetus to the research,students are encouraged to work on projects and publish papers based on their work in peer reviewed journals. Facilities in the laboratories are provided in the department of Electronics and Communication Engineering. Moreover the students can access e-Journals (IEEE & Springer etc), to explore latest developments.

Highly qualified and enthusiastic faculty with average experience of 12 years is available in the department. The faculty lays great emphasis on continuous evaluation by means of well designed tutorials and practical experiments. Every effort is made to reinforce the concepts taught in the classroom. Apart from teaching, the faculty members have been vigorously pursuing research and have been regularly publishing research papers in various National and International Journals of repute as well as in prestigious conferences.
